Passion-bliss Açai Bowl
Rich in berries, this bowl is simple and tasty. Top with passionfruit and make the most of them as they near the end of their season.  

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana

2 packets Sambazon Unsweetened Açai

1/2 cup frozen blackberries

1/4 cup frozen raspberries

1 tsp vanilla bean paste

Splash of coconut water

Method:
Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until combined. Pour into a bowl and top with passionfruit, raspberries (fresh or frozen), blueberries and buckwheat groats. A perfect way to start the day!
