Summer Hydrating Açai Bowl

The perfect summer treat, this bowl is super hydrating and energising, not to mention full of trace nutrients. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

2 sachets Sambazon Unsweetened Açai

Handful of frozen Watermelon
½ banana

1-2 cups coconut water

Method:

Blend ingredients together in a high speed blender, starting with less than a cup of coconut water and adding more as needed.  Serve in a bowl topped with your choice of sweet summer fruits. Voila!
