Talk about getting into the summer swing! This dreamy number features the simplest of ingredients but can be dressed to suit any occasion.

Makes 1 smoothie bowl

Ingredients:

1 sachet Unsweetened Sambazon Açaí  

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 cup mixed berries

1/4 cup coconut water


Method:

Blend all ingredients together, starting with ¼ cup coconut water and slowly adding more if needed. Scrape down the edges between blending.  

 

Pour into a bowl and top with a giant tablespoon of peanut butter, sliced banana, chia seeds, kiwi fruit, strawberries, goji berries, toasted coconut flakes and buckwheat groats.
